Here at McPhail Animal Hospital we want to do our best in helping to protect our clients as well as our staff. As of April 2020, we have implemented a few safety precautions and procedures:
For medical appointments:
Step 1: Stay in your vehicle and call, (864) 288-7618, when you arrive.
Step 2: A receptionist or technician will promptly come out to receive your pet and bring them into the clinic for their visit.
Step 3: Upon completion of the visit, one of our Doctors will come to your vehicle to discuss the visit. If you prefer no contact the Doctor can give you a call. Please let us know if you prefer more limited contact when you arrive.
Step 4: Our receptionist will come out to the vehicle to take the payment or give you a call depending upon your preference.
Step 5: A technician will return your pet to you with any medication that may be going home.
*Note: If you have a cat please make sure our feline friend is in a carrier.
For grooming appointments:
Step 1: Stay in your vehicle and call, (864) 288-7618, when you arrive. Please arrive between 8 AM - 9 AM for all grooming appointments.
Step 2: A technician or groomer will come out to receive your pet and bring them into the clinic for their treatment.
Step 3: When you arrive for pickup, please call and make your payment. One of our staff members will bring your pet to your car.
For medicine or dietary needs:
Step 1: Call ahead and we will have the food ready for you. You can make payment at the time of pickup or when placing an order.
Step 2: Once in the parking lot, please give us a call and we will bring out your purchases.
